Madhura came to USA in 2007 and since then started trying out variety of Indian restaurants but was quite disappointed with the Indian food in restaurants. The food was good but was not suitable to her palate. Just out of necessity she started trying dishes at home. She kept on experimenting different recipes and those were turning just perfect! She soon realized that food is where her happiness and interest lies.
