Lahore Karahi is an Indian/Pakistani restaurant. It serves fresh and prepared per order from scratch. Owner/chef/waiter/host Zulfiqar "Guddu" Haider opened Lahore Karahi in 2003, and he runs pretty much a one-man show. On crowded nights, be prepared to wait a bit longer than at other places, but the wait is worth it.
They serve 100% Halal meat

Lahore is the capital of the Pakistani province of Punjab and is the second largest city in Pakistan after Karachi. It is popularly known as the Heart of Pakistan, due to its historical importance in the creation of Pakistan, and also being a cultural, political and educational centre of the country and economic centre of the country's biggest province, Punjab. It is also often called the Garden of the Mughals or the City of Gardens because of the heritage of the Mughal Empire. It is located near the Ravi River and Wagah, close to the Pakistan-India border.

A Karahi (also spelled karai) is a type of thick, circular, and deep vessel (similar in shape to a Wok) used in Pakistani and Indian cooking. It is useful for shallow or deep frying of meat, potatoes, sweets, and snacks like Samosa and fish, and for simmering of stews (which may also be called "karahi").
