Eastern Winds Music Band presents The Khantastic Music Concert

Eastern Winds - The San Francisco Bay Area's favorite Indian music band, will be performing their 40th musical production, 'The Khantastic Music Concert', on the evening of Saturday, March 24th 2012, at the Santa Clara Convention Center, the luxurious, 607 seat multimedia theatre in Santa Clara, CA.

Formed in 2003, EasternWinds has a mission of Music for a Cause. The band performs lively and entertaining musical concerts at popular venues, playing to packed audiences, and are well known for their quality of their music and excellence of their productions.

'The Khantastic Music Concert', an independent venture organized by EasternWinds, is a Hindi film music concert, which will feature chartbuster songs enacted by leading and well-loved Hindi cinema actors Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan. The orchestra will be composed of over 15 talented vocalists and instrumentalists performing live songs on stage.

General seating tickets are $20, and can be purchased on the band's website http://www.easternwinds.org.

Part of the profits from the Khantastic Music Concert will benefit the Akshaya Trust, Madurai. The Akshaya Trust was founded by Mr. Narayanan Krishnan, recepient of the CNN 2010 Hero Award. Krishnan will personally be attending the concert event on March 24th 2012.
