What is a Life Coach and why would I spend my time and money on one?

By AnjaliSawhneyLi... on 24 Jul 2011

You might be thinking, like others from our culture, that life coaches are for people who have no common sense, family support, work ethic or intelligence. From my direct experience, that is simply not true. Clients come to a life coach to get to the next level in their career or change it altogether; they come to get skilled listening and perspective on overwhelming life transitions such as a new baby, a big move, or even a death; and they come to tap into their inner brilliance and desires apart from external influences like culture, society, and family.

Vipassana - the Path to Freedom

By rajilukkoor on 03 Jun 2011

Vipassana. To see things the way they are. That’s what it means in Pali—the language of the Buddha. Vipassana is an ancient form of sitting meditation that the Buddha rediscovered and introduced to the world.
