Shhh............The Language of Silence

By rajilukkoor on 03 Oct 2011

People cringe when they hear the word "meditation." It sounds so spiritual, right? A picture of the Dalai Lama zooms into view and sweat begins to stream down towards the pounding heart.

By rajilukkoor on 14 Jul 2011

Social acceptance—the need to fit in with those around—has always been central to human existence. It affects both genders and people of all ages, races, and faiths, regardless of rank or class.

Self-acceptance is the concept of loving and being happy with who you are now, in spite of deficiencies.

What is your Foundation?

By Ashmin Ram on 08 Jul 2011

Our foundation is a center piece for our human platform. It is a solid and sturdy base that contributes to all areas in life. A foundation is built upon a factor that is important to a person and almost a rule of thumb which they choose to live by. Our foundation reflects in all areas of our life such as self development, family, social, work, and love. Your foundation can always be strengthened and improved, but it is something that should be acknowledge and cared for because it is a very valuable piece that affects all areas in life.

Believe In Yourself

By Ashmin Ram on 20 Jun 2011

Life is full of many paths but the belief in oneself gives a person the confidence to chase after their dreams. Your ability to believe is the stamina and adrenaline for your want.Your guidance is lead by the inner self of who you are and how you feel about yourself. I believe if one truly believes in them self then there is nothing that they cannot achieve. Belief is more than your mind manifesting but actually your heart feeling. Belief is a power that can break past fears and give you the confidence to succeed.
