Spotlight on Home of Hope - NPO ensuring each child becomes responsible & dignified young adult
By bayareadesi team on 14 Jul 2011
Today in spotlight is Home of Hope, Inc., a non-profit committed to the cause of children. A destitute orphan child, through no fault of his own, is one who is not receiving the basic necessities of life - food, clothing, shelter, and education. This is the kind of child Home of Hope wants to give hope to.
Home of Hope believes in 'Making a difference. One child at a time?'. Their approach is to bring tender, loving care (TLC) into the lives of neglected, abused, underprivileged, physically/mentally challenged orphaned or abandoned children. Mentors are deployed to provide TLC under the umbrella concept of total quality control (TQM). The goal is to ensure each child is given the opportunity to become a responsible and dignified young adult, contributing to the society he/she lives in.
The video outlines their mission, programs, how do they run and achievements over the few years. To find out more visit http://bayareadesi.com/indian-business/home-hope-inc-hillsborough
