Client Testimonials:

From Saleem L. (Dublin CA)

Waseem guided me through the sale of my home like a true professional. I could not have been more pleased with the quality of his service. He was nice, polite and went above and beyond his duties. I really appreciate his hard work and would definitely recommend Waseem to my friends and family.

Pervez P. (Ranch Santa Margarita, CA)

Waseem was extremely professional and thorough when it came to my move from Southern Ca to No Cal. I received daily updates on new listings and Waseem stayed on top of everything. I would highly recommend Waseem to my family and friends

Elizabeth F. (Livermore, CA)

My fiancé and I needed a new home within just a couple of weeks as our lease was coming to an end and terms were about to increase. We were nervous that we wouldn't find what we were looking for in such a short time. I responded to a craigslist add and spoke to Waseem over the phone. That day he met me at the location and could tell very quickly I felt the property would be too small for us and recommended another property that wasn't even listed yet just a couple miles away. He got the owner on the phone and we drove over right away. It was exactly what we had in mind.

Knowing we were in sort of a hurry, Waseem was incredibly understanding, quick, and responsive when getting everything in order to sign the new lease. He was great at making sure he was accommodating our time and schedules. It really helped to take some of the stress off of finding a new home by working with someone as knowledgeable and accommodating as Waseem. We have already recommended his services to two other friends looking for the perfect tri-valley home!!

What is going on with Single Family Home values in Pleasanton, Livermore, Dublin, San Ramon and Danville markets? Have they bottomed out or still on a downward slide? Or are they actually starting to rise?

Take a look at the median prices since January 2009! Is it going up, staying the same or going down?

It looks like we will stay the course till the employment situation improves. You will always see peaks and valleys on short term basis. However, employment situation will dictate the long term trend in the housing market in my opinion. Some towns with good schools and high tech jobs will maintain the course.

Rental market, on the other hand, is HOT!

Here is some historical data (since May 2007) on Median Sold Prices from our friends at Trendgraphix.
